1. Who we are

Gemini Admissions Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17360769), with its registered office at Bartle House, 9 Oxford Court, Manchester, M2 3WQ, United Kingdom. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data. For any privacy matter you can contact us at privacy@geminiadmissions.com.

2. What data we collect

When you contact us or submit our enquiry form, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, your chosen study destination and level, and any information you include in your message.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to respond to your enquiry, provide study-abroad advice and application support, and communicate with you about your application. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Legal basis

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit our form, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and providing our services. You can withdraw consent at any time.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We may share relevant details with partner universities and institutions you are applying to, and with trusted service providers who help us operate — including our website form provider (Web3Forms) and our email provider (Google Workspace). These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.

6. International transfers

Because we help students apply to universities around the world, we may transfer your data to institutions or partners outside the UK and European Economic Area. Where we do, we take steps to ensure your data is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent protections, in line with UK data protection law.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your personal data only as long as necessary to provide our services and for a reasonable period afterwards — normally up to three years from your last contact with us — unless a longer period is required by law. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

8. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and request a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@geminiadmissions.com and we will respond within one month.

9. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We only use your browser's local storage to remember your language preference, which is not used to track you.

10. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first so we can put things right. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
