The programme is divided into four tracks, each with its own aim and list of approved universities.

Pioneers (الرواد)

Sends students to the world's top 30 institutions across all fields — the most competitive track, aimed at building future leaders.

Supply (إمداد)

Targets the top 200 universities and institutes in fields the Saudi labour market needs most — open to bachelor's and master's applicants.

Research & Development (البحث والتطوير)

For study at the top 200 institutions in priority fields, to strengthen research, development and innovation in the Kingdom.

Promising (واعد)

Focuses on study and training to build capability in promising, emerging sectors of the economy.

The programme is open to secondary school graduates, university graduates, and students who already hold an admission offer from one of the world's leading universities.
